My first speech I was super nervous and thought I might pass out but on my second one it was not even close to being that bad. I still have a problem with talking too fast. This is going to be something that is going to be hard to break because I talk fast in every day life. My family always tells me I should be and auctioneer. When I get nervous this speed get five times as fast. Im not too sure on how to fix it yet but I will figure it out in time.

Have Allen (or someone who won't make you laugh) let you know if you are going to fast. He could give you some kind of sign.
